What I do not understand is why, given the information you received when registering, there was no e-mails involved? Also what I dont understand is why can I not download the programming I had available to me at the time of expiration? According to your web site, my tool is still covered under warranty. It is broke, there is no GM software loaded on it. I bought it with GM loaded, will you cover it under warranty??
